So you took the test. Now what?
“I’M DIFFERENT NOW THAN I WAS AS A CHILD.”
The Color Code test has you take the test from the perspective as a child, because how you acted as a child is as close to your innate personality as we can get – before parents, school, friends, and just life in general began to mold you into who you are today. Of course we are different now than we were as a child, because we have learned to adapt to different circumstances. Sometimes we pick up additional strengths from other colors. But SOMETIMES we pick up Limitations, as well.
TAKE THE NEXT STEP
Jenny will walk you through the Character Code assessment, which assesses who you are NOW. Both through personal reflection as well as through feedback from those around you, you will piece together the Strengths and Limitations that you currently possess and put out there for others to see. Together you will craft an action plan to ensure that you are leveraging mostly Strengths, while learning how to be aware of when Limitations pop up and how to correct them.
POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY AND COACHING
This focus on one’s innate Strengths and how to leverage them is called Positive Psychology. At the core of Positive Psychology is “the belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their experiences of love, work, and play” (Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania). By focusing on one’s innate Strengths, we are able to build more confidence in individuals as we celebrate the gifts that each person brings to this world. EVERYONE has unique gifts. Together, let’s discover yours and learn how to leverage those so you can begin to experience a more successful and fulfilling life.
