Jenny Kay has over 15 years of experience in leadership and management roles, which has included supporting Corporate Executives and Business Owners. With experience in entertainment and theatre, fitness, retail, and restaurant industries and working with Corporate giants like Chick-fil-A, Walt Disney World, Bath & Body Works, and Dollywood, Jenny has a diverse background from which she pulls valuable lessons on how to succeed in both business and personal life. Now Owner of Kinetic Performance Coaching, Jenny provides both business and personal coaching to people from all walks of life, helping people to create an action plan for how to succeed in reaching their goals. Jenny is currently pursuing an Executive Coach certification and Life Coach certification through the MentorCoach program, which is an ICF-approved certification program. ICF is the International Coach Federation, the internationally-recognized governing body for coaches and the coaching profession. Coaches who receive credentials through the ICF have endured rigorous training that emphasizes the ICF Core Competencies (of Coaching) and that demand adherence to the ICF Code of Ethics. Jenny is currently working on her Executive Coaching certification and Certified MentorCoach (CMC) title, with the prestigious title of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) shortly thereafter.
Jenny has been studying the Color Code for three years, and is now certified as an Independent Trainer. The Color Code is integrated into the core of her coaching strategies, helping clients to discover their natural strengths (and limitations) in order to break down barriers in communication, overcome obstacles, and begin a journey down the charactered path to success.
